This policy explains what personal information White Knight USA collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. White Knight USA is a trading name of SRG Strategy LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 5010 NE 2nd Ave, Suite 205, Miami, FL 33137.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the application form:
- your name, company, role, email address and phone number
- your company's approximate annual revenue
- what you want to do next, your timing, how you heard about us, and anything else you tell us
Like almost every website, our hosting provider also processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own.
How we use it
- to read and respond to your application or enquiry
- to decide whether and how we can help, and to arrange a call
- to keep a record of our conversations if we go on to work together
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing. If we ever send you marketing email, it will identify us and include a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the website and our email, who process it on our behalf:
- Formspree, which receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email
- Google Workspace, our email provider
- Vercel, which hosts this website
- Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces and receives your IP address to do so
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
How we protect it
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information you give us, including encrypted connections to this site and access limited to the people who need it. If a security breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as Florida law requires.
How long we keep it
If we don't go on to work together, we delete your application within two years. If we do, we keep what we need for as long as the engagement lasts and as long afterwards as the law or our records require.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email whiteknight@srg-strategy.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track. This site does not track you across other websites, so it treats all visitors the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
